Order Terms and Conditions
Refunds are only offered if a product is damaged / malfunctioning, or significantly different from advertised. If you are seeking a refund, please contact us to discuss the matter directly.
We do not offer a 'change of mind' exchange policy. It is due to hygiene issue. However, if your product is damaged / malfunctioning then you are entitled to an exchange. Any additional postage costs would be covered by the consumer.
Orders will be processed as soon as full payment is made. Within Australia it is reasonable to expect the products to be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Items are sent by Australia Post unless otherwise advertised.
We do not send print out invoice as environment care, reduce paper consumption through our business, please refer to invoice send attached to order confirmation email.
